No No No, you didn't miss anything in Napoli.
Napoli Spaghetti is originally from Japan. It is pretty common dish that you can find in Japan.
Most important, it is simple and easy. Oh, yes and tasty.
The main ingredient is green pepper. You can taste the fried green pepper in every spaghetti.
You can switch or add any ingredients based on your favor.
In general, it only have ham , onion and green pepper. I added sausage and mushroom, just want to build more favor in it. (Just ham is totally fine)
Ingredients:
Green Pepper 1 whole
Onion 1 whole
Mushroom 5-6
Ham 4 slice
Sausage 2
garlic 4 piece
spaghetti 1/2 box
Tomato Sauce 5-6 spoon
Salt a little bit
Black pepper a little bit
Step:
1. Slice ham, onion, green pepper, mushroom and sausage(see the pic) , chop garlic to small piece
2. Put some olive oil and salt into boiled water and put spaghetti in.
3. After 7 mins, take out the spaghetti.
4. Put 1 spoon olive oil on the pan, when the pan is heat, put the onion and garlic in.
5. Put the rest of ingredients(green pepper, ham, sausage,mushroom) in the pan when you smile the roast garlic and onion.
6. Put Tomato Sauce, spaghetti and 2 spoon of water, cook 1-3 mins, mix it up.
PS: Add a little Tabasco before you eat, it will add the favour in spaghetti.(Must try)
