日本最夯 夢幻厚鬆餅 少女心大爆發吧!|Griddle Fresh

前陣子日本流行起厚鬆餅,到日本基本上一定要去一家Cafe,好好的嘗一下這迷人的甜點。灣區的朋友,是不是在螢幕邊哀怨的看著照片,在想為什麼美國的Pancake就那麼膩
不用哭不用哭,其實厚鬆餅風早已默默吹到三藩,畢竟我們也是走文青跟時尚路線好不好 !(驕傲)

這家店位於SF寧靜又可愛的Noe Valley區,原本只做早午餐生意,後來因為生意太好(老闆終於想到晚餐MENU),現在也有晚餐供應。
先不管晚餐顏值多高,小編今天來就是為了嘗一口夢幻的厚鬆餅!!

去了幾次,兩人/四人的桌子都等只要等半小時左右,在三藩有名的Brunch 店可都是兩小時起跳,光這一點就值得給讚了!

Brunch一定要先來杯咖啡或柳橙汁,  它家特有的Pistachio Latte,沒有漂亮的拉花,純樸的外表,可是輕輕喝一口,微甜且不帶咖啡的苦澀感,上層的奶泡滿滿是Pistachio的味道,拿鐵主要是牛奶,所以不愛咖啡的朋友也大愛。喜歡抹茶口味也是有Green Tea latte的選擇喔!

被甜點吸引來這家店,  心卻馬上被 6hrs Corned Beef Hash俘虜,主廚願意花上6個小時做的菜,一定不簡單! 一吃果然沒有失望,6小時慢燉的肉把香料的味道吸滿,沒有因為煮過久而過鹹或乾硬,半煎炸後入口香香脆脆,洋蔥炒成焦糖狀拉高了肉的甜度,馬鈴薯跟肉一起煎香拌炒後,吸收了滿滿的肉香, 把水波蛋切開後,半熟的蛋黃流在肉上,那油香和滑口,讓人一口連一口,完全停不下來。這個必點!!!

Tip: 如果人不多,想多嘗又怕吃不完,其實Corn beef hash是有Side Order,小聲告訴你們,這可沒寫在Menu上,主動問才知道喔! 跟主菜不一樣的只是沒有蛋,薯塊跟面包而已,分量也不少,拿來淺嘗剛剛好。

Sea Board Benedict 完全是海鮮愛好者的天堂, 不是糾結吃蟹還是蝦,通通都給你! 烤脆的英式鬆餅上,底層是蒜香的菠菜,加上新鮮蟹肉和蝦,半熟的Poach Egg上,有獨有的紅椒荷蘭醬。吃下去清爽不膩,海鮮特別烹調過,沒有一點冷藏味。旁邊搭配著薯餅,半煎炸到酥脆,馬鈴薯的香味滿滿的。大推!

Smoked Salmon Tartine 也是用鬆軟的Brioche 麵包,依次放上滑嫩的Omelette,煙三文魚還有清爽的檸檬白汁醬。雖然side order 可以換成沙拉,但不在乎卡路里的話,一定不要放過這新鮮炸好的薯塊(Corn Beef 也有),切成粗大的形狀來炸,加上薄薄一層的CAJUN 粉調味,口味跟味道一級棒。

店裡的主打Lemon Ricotta Souffle Pancake終於在望秋水後上桌啦,久違的少女心馬上大爆發,胖乎乎的鬆餅一個一個搭起來,屬於少女的草莓口味,先拍一張來打打卡!鬆餅主要用蛋白做成,入口像是棉花,一瞬間在嘴巴化開的同時,檸檬芝士的味道充斥整個口腔,微微草莓醬跟糖漿的甜味,一點都不膩,表示一個人當Brunch 後的甜品也完全可以吃完(友人: 你是怪物嗎)

覺得草莓太孩子氣,也可以點這個 Banana Mascarpone Souffle Pancake, 鬆餅上是煎過的香蕉和甜甜的核桃,再淋上香草卡士達醬,鬆餅同樣鬆軟可口,只是不像草莓口味有淡淡檸檬香,更主要是吃鬆餅的原味,有健身的朋友大概吃完會很想去GYM,因為有滿滿蛋白質的感覺,如果想另一半去健身帶他/她吃這個就對啦(誤)

女生浪漫的Brunch 怎麼可以少了French Toast!Tiramisu 口味的French Toast 還是新品,不加糖漿來一口,微微咖啡的苦味,完全成人的味道,愛吃就代表你長大了(摸頭), 鬆軟的BRIOCHE麵包沾了咖啡的蛋奶醬煎香, 咖啡的Lady Finger,吐司的濕潤感掌握剛好,是我喜歡的口感,只是沒有芝士夾心總覺得有點可惜,想成咖啡法國吐司來吃就會給100分!

這家店真的完全沒地雷,每一道都好美味,去了大概只有糾結要點哪個吧
最後重點大推檸檬草莓厚鬆餅跟6hr Corn beef, 到了不試這兩道絕對後悔喔!
小編只能幫到大家這裡,還不趁著這週末的好天氣,拉著閨蜜或另一半去吃吃看!

Fresh Fig Toast ( 5 mins finish appetizer and dessert)

Found some fresh fig in trader joe, brought a large box of it and so ready to try it out. I made two type of fresh fig toast, one for appetizer and one for dessert. It is super simple, just take 5 minutes and the fancy appetizers and dessert is done.  


Fresh fig cheese toast  Serve:1       Time 5 minutes

Ingredients: 
Sweet toast:

Soughdough                       1 slice
Whipped cream cheese        1/2 tablespoon
Fig                                   1
Walnut                              2 piece
Honey                               1 teaspoon 

Fig Appetizers: 
Soughdough                       1 slice
Ricotta                              1/tablespoon
Fig                                   1 
balsamic vinegar                 1 teaspoon
Extra virgin olive oil             1  teaspoon
salt

1) Spray some coconut oil/butter on the pot and make the bread crispy(oven is ok too)

2)  Put on cream cheese and walnut

3) Put some honey on the top and the fig dessert is done.

4)Put ricotta on the bread, then put one the slice figs.

5) Add the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt.

Napoli Spaghetti (Simple recipe)




















Napoli spaghetti      Serve: 2      Time: 30mins


If you has been to Napoli, don't feel weird that you never saw this food. 
No No No, you didn't miss anything in Napoli.
Napoli Spaghetti is originally from Japan. It is pretty common dish that you can find in Japan.  
Most important, it is simple and easy. Oh, yes and tasty.
The main ingredient is green pepper. You can taste the fried green pepper in every spaghetti.
You can switch or add any ingredients based on your favor.
In general, it only have ham , onion and green pepper. I added sausage and mushroom, just want to build more favor in it. (Just ham is totally fine)

Ingredients:

Green Pepper         1 whole
Onion                1 whole
Mushroom             5-6 
Ham                  4 slice
Sausage              2 
garlic               4 piece
spaghetti            1/2 box

Tomato Sauce         5-6 spoon
Salt                 a little bit
Black pepper         a little bit

Step:

















1. Slice ham, onion, green pepper, mushroom and sausage(see the pic) , chop garlic to small piece



2. Put some olive oil and salt into boiled water and put spaghetti in.


3. After 7 mins, take out the spaghetti.


4. Put 1 spoon olive oil on the pan, when the pan is heat, put the onion and garlic in.


5. Put the rest of ingredients(green pepper, ham, sausage,mushroom) in the pan when you smile the roast garlic and onion.
6. Put Tomato Sauce, spaghetti and 2 spoon of water, cook 1-3 mins, mix it up. 



PS: Add a little Tabasco before you eat, it will add the favour in spaghetti.(Must try)
